Jasper Dampier – Practice Manager / Owner
Jasper Dampier joined the Pet Dental USA team in December of 2024. Dr. Jess and Jasper have been married for fifteen years and have a beautiful young daughter Aubrey. Raised on an almond farm in Hickman, California, Jasper developed a strong sense of duty and service at a young age, which led him to join the United States Army Reserves. He has served for 15 years, completing three overseas mobilizations. Throughout his military career, Jasper has gained valuable leadership experience, managing units of up to 164 soldiers.
Jasper holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from American Military University. Before joining the Pet Dental USA team full-time, Jasper honed his leadership and organizational skills in various military roles. Jasper in addition to his current duties also works full time protecting the citizens of the great state of Arizona.
Outside of work, Jasper enjoys hiking, off-roading in his SXS, and spending time with his family. He is passionate about staying active and exploring the outdoors.
Jessica Dampier – Veterinarian / Owner
Dr. Jessica Dampier joined the Pet Dental USA team in January of 2022. She started her veterinary career in general practice but soon found her love of dentistry and helping patients feel their best! She was raised in the Central Valley in California and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since the first grade. In high school, she began working as a veterinary technician and was also involved in Future Farmers of America (FFA). This is where she raised goats and discovered that they are her favorite animal!
She attended California State University, Fresno where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. Dr. Jess and her husband, Jasper then moved to Arizona for veterinary school where she received a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Jess, Jasper and their daughter Aubrey have made Arizona their home and love going to concerts, hiking, and off-roading in their side-by-side. They have two dogs, Sammie and Wren.
In 2024, Dr. Jess and Jasper became the practice owners of the Peoria location where Dr. Jess continues her mission of providing high-quality, compassionate dental care for pets.
Miranda Sanders – Veterinarian
Dr. Miranda Sanders joined the Pet Dental USA team in September of 2024. She was born and raised in Arizona where she developed a strong love for animals and decided to become a Veterinarian at a young age. She attended Northern Arizona University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry in 2008. Dr. Sanders attended Michigan State University for veterinary school and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She started her veterinary career as a small animal General Practitioner for 11 years before joining Pet Dental USA. Dr. Sanders is a strong supporter of spaying, neutering and providing dental care to pets as this will help promote a long and healthy life. When she is not in the clinic, Dr. Sanders enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, going hiking, reading and watching movies. She has 1 dog, named Sheldon, who was found as a stray and adopted by the family.
Ashley Farrimond Lead Administration / Veterinary Technician
Ashley has been a veterinary professional since 2014 and has been with Pet Dental USA since 2020 as the lead administrator at the Peoria office. Ashley is a mother of three beautiful children and is devoted to spending quality time with her kiddos and fur babies.
Michelle Banks Lead Trainer / Veterinary Technician
Michelle joined the Pet Dental USA team in 2020 and is the lead training technician. She has been working with animals since 2013. Fantasy football guru by day, bowling by night, and crafting queen on the weekends. Her family comes first whether it’s chasing her two kids or unwinding watching sports with her husband. She also enjoys going to concerts with friends.
Angie Glover – Veterinary Technician
Angie is an experienced veterinary professional since 2018 and client relationship specialist dedicated to animal care. When coming into the clinic, you will be welcomed with her sparkling personality. She enjoys music, art, and dirt bike adventures with her boyfriend. She is a proud mom of a future writer. Angie is also a dog mom to a Boston terrier named Mac.
Jennifer Jimenez – Veterinary Technician
Jenny has been working in the veterinary field for seven years. Her experience with homeless pets was especially rewarding and deepened her passion for animal care. Over time, she developed a strong interest in veterinary dentistry and enjoys helping pet owners understand the importance of oral health for their pets.
Outside of work, Jenny loves spending time with her boyfriend, grabbing coffee, and visiting classic car meets. At home, she shares her life with two Akitas, a small All-American dog, and two senior cats.
Sergio Ortiz – Veterinary Technician
Sergio Ortiz joined Pet Dental in 2025, bringing with him over nine years of experience in the veterinary field. Known for his dedication and compassionate care, Sergio has a special interest in pet dentistry and is excited to help improve the oral health of animals and educate their owners.
Born and raised as the only boy among six siblings, Sergio is no stranger to teamwork and patience. He shares his home with one beloved dog and proudly identifies as a devoted Swiftie—even sporting a Taylor Swift-inspired tattoo as a tribute to his favorite artist.
In his free time, Sergio enjoys hiking, watching sports, and playing video games. A lover of nature and adventure, he dreams of one day visiting Greenland.
Denise Pacheco – Veterinary Technician
Denise has been a veterinary technician since 2017 but has had compassion for animals all her life. She spent her first four years in shelter medicine then found her passion for pet dentistry with Pet Dental USA. When not helping animals, Denise loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also fosters pets from the shelter giving them a safe home. We are so glad Denise chose to join the Pet Dental family.
Samantha Shaw – Veterinary Technician
Samatha has been working in the veterinary field since 2019 and became part of the Pet Dental team in 2024. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, she later moved to Arizona to continue her journey in animal care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas, blending her understanding of behavior with her passion for pets.
Samantha’s love for her patients shines through in everything she does. Whether assisting with procedures or offering comfort, she’s always ready to help in any way she can.
Outside of work, Samantha stays busy with her energetic chocolate Lab named Goose—who, according to her teammates, is the perfect reflection of her friendly and upbeat personality.
Brenna Luis – Veterinary Technician
Anikka Selander – Veterinary Technician
Anikka has been a skilled veterinary technician since 2016. She loves helping both animals and people. With a passion for dentistry, she enjoys working on dental cases at both our Peoria and Gilbert locations to help improve the lives of our patients. Anikka has a dog named Zero, inspired by her love for the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” In her free time, she loves working out and hiking.
Mayra Plascencia – Veterinary Technician
Mayra has been dedicated to the veterinary field for over four years. She began her career in a high-volume spay and neuter clinic, where she developed strong foundational skills and a passion for animal wellness. After a year, she transitioned into general practice, gaining comprehensive experience in patient care and client communication. In 2025, Mayra joined the team at Pet Dental USA to deepen her knowledge and expertise in veterinary dentistry—an area she is passionate about and sees as vital to an animal’s overall health. Outside of work, Mayra enjoys spending quality time with her two beloved dogs, Peaches and DeLuca.
Charlotte Weaver – Veterinary Technician
Charlotte Weaver joined Pet Dental USA in 2025, bringing with her over 16 years of experience in the veterinary medicine field. A dedicated animal lover, Charlotte shares her home with her family and beloved cat, Rowon. She enjoys spending her free time reading, swimming, and playing video games. Passionate about all things water-related — especially cats and killer whales — Charlotte hopes to one day relocate from Arizona to a cooler state.
